Before getting started I read a few articles from around the Internet, but ultimately found this one to be most helpful. Since this was the first time I’ve tried infusing vodka I didn’t really know what to expect so I tried to keep things pretty simple.
What you’ll need:
- Fruit – I decided to try pomegranate, raspberry & strawberry for my first attempt
- Air tight jars or containers
There aren’t very many steps to infusing vodka – simply fill your jar or container with your fruit of choice and pour vodka over until full. Then secure the lids and let the mixture sit for at least 72 hours. I haven’t taste tested any of the flavors yet, but stay tuned for delicious cocktail recipes perfect for each of these newly flavored vodkas!
