The Week: June 7, 2013

Now that June has arrived it finally feels like summertime. Here’s to a weekend filled with perfect patio weather, picnics in the park and afternoons reading by the pool.

It’s been a long week and I’m absolutely craving these blood orange margaritas. Probably time for a trip to the grocery store…

Since I’m in the process of relocating to a new apartment, I’ve spent a lot of time daydreaming about how I’ll decorate my new grown-up space, and this RAYGUN print seems like it would be the perfect addition.

I’m a sucker for risotto but rarely have the time to commit to making it for myself. This parmesan and spinach orzo seems like an amazing alternative though.

I stumbled upon Murad Osmann’s photo series, “Follow Me To,” a few months ago, but I’m still completely enamored with his romantic shots and the couple’s gorgeous love story.

Beware: this new Google hack (GeoGuessr) is wildly addictive but such a cool use of Google Earth.

Simone Eastman of the Hairpin is out to ensure that America stops buying $5 iced coffee – which led me to this NY Times article from 2007 (though still super relevant) about making your own cold brew.
