One of my favorite places to grab a coffee in Clayton County is The Brim Coffeehouse, which now has two cozy locations in Elkader and McGregor. This cozy coffeeshop not only has a full menu of coffee drinks and tempting seasonal specials, but you can also grab a hearty bite to eat for breakfast or lunch at both of their locations.
I popped into the Elkader location to grab an iced latte and answer a few emails, and I loved the rustic vibe paired with ample seating areas for both working and socializing.

Derailled Coffee House
Fuel up for a busy day exploring Guttenberg with a visit to Derailled Coffee House. This bicycle-themed coffee shop serves up a variety of delicious beverages alongside baked goods, grab-and-go snacks and more. Plus, they’ve got a great outdoor seating area for the warmer months and (of course) ample bike parking.
