It’s a little bit hard to believe, but three years ago today I published my first blog post on Olio in Iowa.
Looking back at it now, it’s more than a little amusing to read about my reluctance to commit to one topic or focus for this space. A lot has changed since then—both in my daily life and what I write about on my blog—but it’s exciting that I still have so much to explore.
Like what? Well, it’s finally starting to feel like summer and I have some great new features, trips and interviews planned for the coming weeks—including a road trip to Austin, Texas with some of my very favorite people.
Thank you so much to everyone who has read, commented, or shared the roadside stops and experiences I’ve written about here. It’s been a great three years of adventures—here’s to many, many more!
