This week I kicked off training for the Des Moines half marathon and started taking a few classes at Power Life Yoga downtown—to say I’m sore would be an understatement. This weekend I plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the gorgeous cooler weather, adventuring with friends and catching up on some reading. But for now, here are a few of my favorite bits of Internet from this week:

The Week: November 22, 2013

The first hints of winter are in the air and I’m slowly finding myself getting into the holiday spirit. While I haven’t begun streaming Christmas music nonstop yet, I may have impulse bought some holiday decorations from the Target dollar section. While I spend the weekend at some of my favorite seasonal events, here are a few of my favorite bits of Internet from this week:
